Welcome to Hull Ionians Junior section, this is the next stage of the rugby covering all age groups upwards from U13. The aim of Ionians Junior Section is to provide an enjoyable rugby for teenagers, supporting their development with coaching and facilities of the highest standard, whilst ensuring that the safety of the players remains paramount. You can be assure that we will continue to make certain that every penny of your membership, is put towards ensuring that the extremely high standards we expect from our coaches, facilities and equipment is maintained and we can look to a secure and successful future for the Youth Section, The section provides structured routes through to playing Academy and senior rugby in the club and also representative rugby. There are numerous examples of players progressing through to Hull Ionians senior teams, Yorkshire, North of England and England squads. We are pleased to hold both the RFU “Seal of Approval” and Sport England’s “Clubmark” in recognition of the quality of what we do. We have a huge team of volunteers who are always available to help out and, should you have any questions or issues, please do not hesitate to ask any of the section officials whose contact details are displayed on this page. As a wholly voluntary section we are also always looking for individuals to join the team, be it on the Junior Committee, as Helpers, Managers, Coaches or First Aiders.
