Sunday started with a match against York, the Ionians team are showing some great improvements with some excellent tagging and some great off the ball running, the team are starting to boss themselves with two or three players standing out. For the first time this season the team started strong scoring two quick trys, holding York at bay with a couple full sets of tagging.
