Dear Members, we are pleased to invite you to apply for tickets from our Club’s allocation and would ask you to follow the actions indicated towards the end of this message.
Requests to be received no later than Wednesday 6th September at the very latest.

Before applying, please note:
Your application will not be a guarantee that we will be able to offer you tickets.
Given the expected demand and limited availability, it is highly unlikely we will be able to meet all requests.

You must have paid your membership for the 2023/24 season to be eligible to apply.
Tickets must not be re-sold. Mobile ticket transfers can be easily tracked electronically by England Rugby. Our Club will be sanctioned if our allocated tickets are being sold-on.
Please adhere to the dates for making applications and payments that I specify below.
If you wish to communicate with me about tickets, please do so by email only. I have a poor memory and will likely forget any requests made verbally, over the phone or by SMS!
Mobile ticketing (eTicketing) and payment process.

All tickets will be Mobile Tickets and will be sent electronically to the phone number you provide. (There is no option for paper/hardcopy tickets).
Paying for your Mobile Tickets. If you are successful in your application you will receive an email direct from the Mobile Ticketing system confirming your allocation. You will then have a very limited time to pay. Failure to pay on time will mean your allocation is rescinded and it may not be possible to allocate you new tickets. This deadline is set by England Rugby and it outside the control of our Club.

Saturday 9th March - England 2024 v IRELAND (KO @ 16:45)

Premium - £163
Category 1 - £146
Category 2 - £130
Category 3 - £112
Category 4 - £80
Junior - £30 (A limited number of these are available. Juniors are classed as 15 years or under and must be accompanied by an adult).

Please note these prices are our Club’s “Entitlement price” which are below the “Standard price” available to the general public.

YOUR ACTION : To confirm your ticket request please reply by email to john.doris101@yahoo.com no later than Wednesday 6th September.
The following information should be provided:
Game : E.g. Wales
Number of tickets requested : x
Ticket category required : E.g. Premium or category 1,2,3,4 or Junior.
Please confirm your mobile number : 07……… (Note that your eTickets will be transferred to the mobile number you provide).
E-mail address to which you wish to be notified by the Mobile Ticketing system. (Only if different from the email address you have used to reply).
What happens if you apply?
I will endeavour to acknowledge all applications by return email.
The automated Mobile Ticketing system, or myself, will confirm what tickets can be offered.
