Yorkshire RFU invites you to an inspiring evening exploring representation, inclusion, barriers and opportunities for Black and South Asian communities in rugby.
Hear personal experiences and practical insights from:
Manjinder Nagra – the first South Asian Sikh woman to wear the Red Rose through England Students Rugby and the 2026 English Sumo Heavyweight Champion.
Dr Ikram Butt – rugby pioneer, author, Executive Director of the British Asian Rugby Association and the first British Asian and first Muslim to represent England in rugby.
Nimrah Gul – a young player from Old Crossleyans RUFC whose experiences in rugby league and rugby union offer valuable insight into inclusion, representation and the importance of belonging in sport.
