The officials of the Club would like to invite you to attend a meeting of the Club membership.
At the AGM in May this year we reported to you, the membership. During and following this meeting, we received several communications with issues and concerns from the members on the following matters

Our financial position
General communication as a ‘grassroots’ community rugby club
Annual Membership Subscriptions
Date of the AGM for future years.

We would like to meet with as many of the members as is possible to discuss these matters and, to provide an update on where the Club is at present and what we have put in place so far, to improve our situation.
We will also listen to any other matters that you wish to raise and either respond at the meeting or in due course. If there are any specific questions you have which you would like to be answered at the meeting, please give me prior notice.
