In Accordance with the Club Rules, Section 11. the Operations Board of the Club would like to give you 14 days’ notice that we intend to hold a Club AGM on Tuesday 26th May 2026, starting at 19:00 prompt.

Members of the Club will also be contacted by email regarding this 14-day Notice of our forthcoming AGM.

With that email, Members will receive 2 attachments: a) Minutes of the last AGM held on 29th May 2025 & b) A copy of the Club Accounts for y/e 30/06/2025. Neither of these attachments will be posted on the Club Website and, please note that we do not intend to provide manuscript copies of either document at the 2026 Club AGM.

If you are a member of the Club and do not receive your email, it is probably because the Club Office does not have your up-to-date contact details/email address. As a Club Member, it is your responsibility to provide the Club with your correct contact details. If you have not received your email, I suggest that you contact the Club Office and provide your correct contact details, ASAP.

This is your Club and, this is your Club AGM. I would therefore hope that as many Club Members as possible will attend the 2026 Club AGM.

Please be aware that Social members are welcome to attend and observe the AGM, but they do not have any voting rights at the AGM.

Details of all possible Nominations for Office and other appointments cannot be provided at this time.
