Driffield

Another superb effort by the boys last weekend.

We played three 20 minute sessions against Driffield. Having gone two tries down in the first session, we then scored five tries without reply. Driffield scored a further try and then we scored the last try of the game winning the match 40-15.

The try scorers were Matthew Creaser, Kobby Fofie (2), Oliver Hinton, Tom Jeffers and Ben Douglas. Harry McLean kicked five of his six goals. Well done to all those boys but this really was a great team effort.

Well done also to the two players who were nominated man of the match – Matthew Creaser in the forwards and Tom Jeffers in the backs.

The achievement was even more remarkable because it was achieved with 13 players and no substitutes.
