In Accordance with the Club Rules, Section 11. the Operations Board of the Club would like to give you 14 days’ notice that we intend to hold a Club AGM on Thursday 26th May 2022, starting at 19:00 prompt.

This announcement will be made on the clubs website and Members of the Club will also be contacted by email regarding this 14-day Notice of our forthcoming AGM.

Members will receive 2 attachments: a) Minutes of the last AGM on 30th May 2019 & b) A copy of the Club Accounts for y/e 30/06/2021. Neither of these attachments will be posted on the Club Website and, please note that we do not intend to provide manuscript copies of either document at the 2022 Club AGM.

If you are a member of the Club and do not receive this email, it is probably because the Club Office does not have your up-to-date contact details/email address. As a Club Member, it is your responsibility to provide the Club with your correct contact details. If you have not received your email, I suggest that you contact the Club Office and provide your correct contact details (please email sarah@brantinghampark.com with your correct details to update your membership information)

It will be three years since we last held a Club AGM, on 30th May 2019. The Covid-19 restrictions prevented us from gathering at the Club and from holding our AGM in years 2020 & 2021.
You may recall that we held a Club meeting on 30th September 2021. The purpose of this meeting was to inform the members of how the Club had responded to the Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020 and provide details of actions taken by the Operations Board to ensure survival of the Club during these extraordinary circumstances. The attendance at this meeting was frankly disappointing.

This is your Club and a lot has happened since our last Club AGM - I would therefore hope that as many Club Members as possible will attend your Club AGM.

Details of all possible Nominations for Office and other appointments cannot be provided at this time.
